Prof. Dr. Koray Akarli is a general surgeon with extensive experience in liver, pancreatic and biliary surgery. He has worked in prestigious hospitals such as Şişli Hospital and Memorial Hospital Şişli, where he held leadership positions in transplant centers. He received his medical education at Istanbul University, where he specialized in liver and biliary surgery. He is a member of many scientific societies and medical organizations, and has many scientific publications and articles in local and international journals. He has participated in more than 250 national and international conferences and symposiums as a speaker, and has given lectures in several countries.
