Dr. Emine Yagmur Zorbozan was born in 1988 in Ankara and completed her medical studies at Eskişehir Osman Gazi University. She completed her specialization in psychiatry in 2019 at Erenköy Hospital, where she presented her thesis on substance abuse. She did her compulsory service at Elazig Mental Health Hospital, then moved to Bursa City Hospital, where she worked in several psychiatric clinics. She also participated as a trainer in driver behavior improvement programs in cooperation with the Ministry of Health. In September 2021, she left her government job at her own request.
