Prof. Dr. Fevzi Sefa Derekoy

Professor Doctor Fevzi Sefa Derekoy was born in Tunisia in 1963 and completed his education in Ankara and Istanbul. He graduated from the Gulhane Military Medical Faculty in 1987 and was one of the founding members of the Department of Ear, Nose, and Throat at Afyon Kocatepe University (1999-2008). He held several academic and administrative positions, including Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Director of the Institute of Health Sciences. In 2008, he became a professor at Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University, where he established the Department of Ear, Nose, and Throat. Since 2019, he has been working at Medipol University Faculty of Medicine in Camlica Application and Research Hospital. He is also a member of the Honor and Ethics Board of the Turkish ENT Association and has conducted several research studies in the history of science.
