Assistant Professor Dr. Sea Turning Turning is an Associate Professor of Cardiovascular Surgery at Istinye University Hospital, specializing in heart valve surgeries, aortic dilation, coronary bypass, treatment of vascular occlusions, venous insufficiency and lymphedema. He received his medical education at the Universidad de Ondokuz Mais, and trained at the Hospital Cartal Cochiolo, where he held several advanced positions in cardiac surgery. He has participated in heart transplantation and circulatory support programs and has international experience in Berlin and Tokyo. He has completed several specialized courses including radiation protection and advanced techniques in the treatment of edema.
