Prof. Dr. Bingur SONMEZ

Prof. Dr. Bingur SONMEZ is a specialist in cardiovascular surgery with memberships in several local and international professional societies, such as the European Society of Cardiovascular Surgery and the Turkish Society of Cardiology. He has received several professional awards, including the Social Fair Play Award and the Anti-Smoking Association Award. He has been working at Memorial Hospital Sisli as the head of the Cardiovascular Surgery Department since 2001. He received his medical education at Istanbul University, Istanbul University School of Medicine, and cardiovascular surgery training in London. He has held several scientific and managerial positions throughout his career.
