Prof. Dr. Ismail Arden

Prof. Dr. Ismail Arden, a vascular surgeon, was born in Ceylanpinar, Istanbul in 1976. He graduated from Çukur Ufa University Faculty of Medicine in 2000 and completed his residency and doctorate in cardiothoracic surgery at Siyami Ersek Hospital. He served in the military between 2005-2006, then worked as a cardiologist at Istanbul Hospital for Private Medicine. He was awarded the title of associate professor in 2011 and later worked in multiple training hospitals such as Kartal Koçuyolu and Kocaeli Derince, where he contributed to the development of the field of electrophysiology in Turkey.
