Prof. Dr. Refik Tasoz

Prof. Dr. Refik Tasoz is a renowned cardiovascular surgeon, currently working at Ankara Medical Park Hospital (Batikent). He graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 1983, then specialized in cardiac surgery at Ankara University between 1985 and 1991, and rose through the academic ladder until he was awarded the title of professor in 2003. He has extensive experience in open heart surgery, especially coronary, valvular, and aortic surgeries, as well as minimally invasive heart surgery and congenital heart disease. He also specializes in peripheral vascular surgery and the treatment of vein diseases.
