Prof. Dr. Volkan Turunc

Prof. Dr. Volkan Turunc is a general and transplant surgeon who has worked in several prestigious hospitals in Istanbul, including Memorial Hospital Sisli, Medicana Çamlıca Hospital, and Göztepe Medical Park Hospital. He started his academic career at Istanbul University where he received his medical education and specialized in general surgery. He has published 16 articles in international journals and participated in local and international scientific conferences. He is a member of several medical societies, such as the Turkish Society of Surgery and the Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery. He has attended many training courses and international conferences in the fields of general surgery and organ transplantation.
