Prof. Dr. Meral Sen is an eminent general surgeon currently working at Ankara Medical Park Hospital (Batikent). She completed her medical studies at Ankara University and specialized in general surgery at Gazi University. She previously worked at Fatih and Turgut Özal Universities, as well as MedCentiz Private Clinic. Her interests are in breast, endocrine, anal and rectal surgeries and the treatment of diseases of this area. She is a member of several specialized medical societies, including the Turkish Surgical Society and the Ankara Breast Diseases Society.
