Prof. Dr. Atilla Yilmaz

Prof. Dr. Atilla Yilmaz is an eminent neurosurgeon who graduated from Istanbul Çerahpasa University Faculty of Medicine in 2000 and completed his postgraduate studies at Mustafa Kemal University in 2013. He has held several academic positions, including Assistant and Associate Professor at Mustafa Kemal University, and has worked in various hospitals in Turkey and abroad, including clinical fellowships in spine surgery and functional neurosurgery at Koç University and the University of Florida. He has special expertise in neuromodulation interventions, such as deep brain stimulation and spinal cord stimulation. He chairs several societies specializing in neuromodulation research and techniques, and is a member of several local and international medical societies.
