Professor Doctor Tolga Kandogan is an ear, nose, and throat specialist who received his medical degree from the University of the Aegean in 1991 and specialized at the same university in 1996. He has held prominent academic and medical positions, including teaching professor and administrator at the University of Health Sciences and Tepecek Hospital. He also has international experience, having worked and trained at prestigious universities and medical centers such as the University of Lausanne, the University of Bern, and the University of Heidelberg. He is currently working at Medipol Mega University Hospital.
