Prof. Dr. Necmettin Kutlu

Prof. Dr. Necmettin Kutlu is a doctor specialized in plastic surgery, graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1982. He completed his postgraduate training at Ankara Medical School in 1991. He has worked in several prominent medical institutions such as Medicana International Hospital in Istanbul, Karadeniz Technical University, and Okmeydan Training and Research Hospital. He has extensive experience in the fields of plastic and reconstructive surgery. His medical interests include hand surgery and maxillofacial surgery.
