Prof. Dr. Yakup Cil is a Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Istinye University Hospital, specializing in facial surgery, aesthetics, microsurgery, and treatment of skin cancers. He received his medical degree and specialization from the Gulhane Military Medical Academy and conducted a scientific study on TRAM surgery on mice. He worked as a consultant and specialist in several military hospitals and was the head of the plastic surgery clinic at Eskişehir Military Hospital. His interests include breast aesthetics, congenital facial deformities and reconstructive surgeries.
