Dr. Iksel Duru Yildirim

Dr. Iksel Duru Yildirim is a psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent health. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Turkey in 2013, then specialized in child and adolescent mental health at Mazhar Osman Training and Research Hospital. He worked as a professor at Bakırököy Hospital between 2014 and 2019, then moved on to work at Niğde Hospital and Lutfi Kirdar City Hospital. He completed his master’s degree with a thesis on the relationship between severity of illness and peer bullying in children with Specific Learning Disorder. His areas of expertise include eating disorders, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit disorder, learning disabilities, and mood and anxiety disorders.
