Prof. Dr. Selami̇ Albayrak is a doctor of medicine specializing in urology, currently working at Medipol Kosoyolu Hospital. He has held various academic and administrative positions, including a professorship at Yeditepe University and faculty membership at Istanbul Medipol Private Hospital. He was president of the Physicians’ Rights Association between 2006 and 2009, and was head of clinics and chief physician at Kartal Training and Research Hospital. He received his medical degree from Ataturk University in 1985 and trained at several prestigious hospitals in Turkey and abroad.
