Dr. Mohamed Abu Hilal is an experienced psychiatrist and a leading expert in the field of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), with over 20 years of experience in psychiatry and leading mental health programs. He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Damascus. And a specialty certificate in psychiatry from the Syrian Ministry of Health. He also holds certifications in Project Management (PMP) and Management of Successful Programs (MSP), reflecting his proficiency in both clinical and administrative aspects.
