انا من الكويت و عانيت من انزلاق غضروفي منفتق و ضاغط على العصب و ألام شديدة اسفل الظهر و عرق النسا ، و تواصلت مع الدكتور رضا و شرح لي الحالة المرضية و تفاصيل البروتوكول العلاجي و الارشادات بعد عملية المجهر لاستئصال الجزء الضاغط على العصب ، بصراحة استقبال رائع من المطار و دعم مترجم في المستشفى ، و بعد اجراء العملية بنجاح تمكنت من المشي بعد العملية بساعتين و زالت الالام نهائيا ، و حتى بعد العملية استمر الدكتور رضا في متابعة حالتي و اعطائي الارشادات يوميا للتعافي بأفضل الطرق .

My visit to the bimariarstan facillity in istanbul for spinal surgery was organised four days prior to departure.
From the very first online consultation to surgery I was really impressed with the care and attention that I received nothing was too much trouble and help was never far away.
Transport arrangements were always on time and very well organised.
Dr reada and his team were always attentive and supportive and available 24/7.
Profesor Halkan and his team deserve special thanks for there professional approach and the fantastic results that were achieved.
The treatment plan was well worked out and worked like a dream.
Overall a worrying time for myself but I always felt in good hands.
The difference between my flight incoming when was in a lot of discomfort struggling to get through customs,and the flight home no pain and walking normally what a fantastic result.

The website presents the company as a full medical provider offering treatment in Turkey, but in reality, they are not a hospital or clinic. They are referral agents who send patients to other hospitals and clinics while pretending to provide the treatment themselves.
After contacting them, I discovered that:
• They do not operate any medical facility or have their own doctors.
• They act as intermediaries and earn commission from the hospitals they refer patients to.
• Their communication lacks transparency about where the actual treatment will take place and who is responsible for the patient’s care.
• The website’s wording is misleading, it suggests that treatment is done by their medical team, but in truth, they only arrange treatment elsewhere.
• When asked for clarification, they avoided direct answers about their licensing, hospital location, and financial arrangements.
This is extremely misleading and unethical, especially for patients and families seeking urgent or sensitive care such as addiction treatment. If you’re looking for real treatment in Turkey, contact the hospitals directly, do not rely on brokers or middlemen who disguise themselves as medical institutions.
Transparency and patient safety should come first.

Unfortunately I never receive an answer. My friend called and they say please write by whatsapp. I did, everything was on office time. They didn't answer. My friend called again and they said we will answer her texts. I write again, understanding that it was more than 6 pm I was waiting for next day but nothing. Then I dont understand why to make a whatsapp number if you are going to ignore the messages. Such a bad clients attention

My mother underwent treatment for varicose veins in her legs. The doctor provided an accurate diagnosis, confirming that there was no need for surgery or hospital admission.
The treatment was performed through sclerotherapy sessions over four consecutive days, and the results were truly impressive and noticeable from the very first sessions. My mother was able to return to her normal daily activities immediately after each procedure.

The treatment was performed through sclerotherapy sessions over four consecutive days, and the results were truly impressive and noticeable from the very first sessions. My mother was able to return to her normal daily activities immediately after each procedure.

The Bimaristan staff is excellent and provides thorough follow-up care. Their choice of surgeons is outstanding. However, the hospital where the surgery was performed seemed quite money-oriented. Room service was minimal, and any additional service came at a high cost. Normally, such services are included in the surgery fee. I hope that in the future, you will collaborate with hospitals that offer better overall service.
